What if I no longer wish to work with my assigned editor or consultant?
That’s not a problem. Although all of our professional editors and statisticians are experienced and very good at what they do, sometimes two people don’t work well together. If you feel that your editor or statistician is not meeting your expectations, please let us know, and we will assign another editor/statistician to your project.
What if there are errors left in my formatted document?
While no edit is going to be 100% perfect every time, formatting or typographical/objective errors should be very rare. If you find any errors in your document, please return the document as soon as possible and we will fix the errors free of charge.
